It's Wednesday in Liberty and that means recycling pick up day. Yay! Boo!
What you see here is 51 pounds of glass and 7 pounds of plastic.
What you don't see here is anything (save one Coca Cola) that anyone in my family actually consumed.
These are bottles that I collected on a few walks with my wife and son this week. The majority of the alcohol bottles coming from my block.
Saving out my own cans (mostly collected from picking up) and counting my weekly 11 pounds of organic compost; I recycled 220% the weight of my garbage. And yes ... I actually measured using my bathroom scale.
