Have Miranda Rights been considered?
How many of you, when arrested (yes, you are arrested) for a traffic violation, have been read your Miranda Rights? (right to silence, right to an attorney)
This is why a "TWD" charge also violates the right to trial, right to an attorney and confuses the facts of "remaining silent".
The police officer who pulls you over is judging your action on the spot; not allowing a judge or jury to decide your guilt or innocence.
Furthermore, the tenant of American justice is innocent before proven guilty by a jury of your peers. A police officer, being directed by a corrupt greedy mayor, is NOT my peer.
Also, if you've heard Mayor Of Clemson, Larry Abernathy brag about how he supports the State with Clemson's new "TWD" law ...
