Fire At North Azalea St In Liberty
A fire broke out last night at approximately 7:15PM Wednesday, October 21 on North Azalea St in Liberty. It appears as if the fire started somewhere near the chimney of the home. No one was home when the fire started and no injuries were observed. The response time seemed longer than what it should have been. I happened to be walking back from Ingles with my wife and son when we noticed the fire. Almost a minute passed, we then heard the fire truck, the blaze continued to burn an additional 10 minutes while fire engines arrived on the scene. Here are a few pictures:
